Product Sample Request

If you are a dental clinic interested in offering a sustainable bamboo toothbrush to your patients, you can request a sample. Please fill out the form below and we will be in touch shortly.

Your sample kit will include the following pieces unless otherwise requested:

1. Toothbrush adult size
2. Floss string (not including the glass bottle)

There will be a charge for the shipping cost to send out to you.

Adult toothbrush provided may be either the black bamboo charcoal infused or white castor bean oil bristle

Floss sample provided on wooden stick (spool can be purchased upon request for a nominal fee)

Glass floss bottle with floss can be purchased as a sample for a nominal fee
